With any of your furniture, avoid extremes of humidity and temperature, which accelerate cracking and checking of finish, and loosen joints and veneer, specifically on wood items. For cleaning follow these steps.
Vacuum or dust with a soft cloth. Occasionally use a cloth just barely dampened to wipe the surface to pick up more dust, and immediately wipe with a dry cloth or soft paper towel.

The Arkansas River flows southeast across the state between the Ozark plateau and the Ouachita Mountains and runs down to the southern and eastern plains to empty into the Mississippi River.
